What a great movie!
It surely needs a new title however. "Timecrimes" doesn't sound like a credible engagement for the evening movie.

Watched this last night. If you like indie sci-fi and time travel flicks, you MUST see this. I was floored by it.
What a great movie!
It surely needs a new title however. "Timecrimes" doesn't sound like a credible engagement for the evening movie.
"And like all true believers, I am truly skeptical of all that I have said." --Over the Rhine
"I wasn't born yesterday, you know - I've seen movies." --Master Shake
"Do my worst, eh?... Smithers, release the robotic Richard Simmons." --Montgomery Burns
I haven't seen the movie but the name would probably deter me from attempting it. Now that some one has recommended it I may go looking for in on my satellite and/or Netflix.

I saw this movie on netflix... then the next night I watched PRIMER... Man, PRIMER blows away timecrimes...
Primer's intelligent in two sense: 1. Technical science stuff is waaaay beyond layman comprehension in the beginning scene. Looks boring at first, but sounds like real life. ... 2. The moral intelligence to the movie and the consequences unfolding is enigmatic, elusive, and dark like Fight Club (office theme) meets 12 Monkeys meets Donnie Darko.
Indie film w/ budget of $7000. 2004 Sundance Grand Jury Award.
So complex, like a box w/i a box w/i a box literally, that i have to watch a number of times just to fully understand it.
Turn it up LOUD!!!
